Spotts Performance introduces Heather Spotts. Heather is 11 years of age and the youngest daughter of Paul Spotts. She has just begun her drag racing adventure in a junior dragster borrowed from Don Carey of Vanishing Point race cars who built the car. The car has been sitting idle for several years waiting to be raced. Paul Spotts has made some changes to the car and updated it to current NHRA safety standards. The car has a "Goosebumps" theme and really gives everyone "goosebumps" when she speeds down the track. Her Dad, family, and friends are incredibly proud of their young racer. She recently attended her first race at Cecil County Dragway on Sunday September 11, 2005. The junior dragster was towed in the trailer with the Spotts Performance dragster to the racetrack where she and her Dad had a fun and exciting day of racing. She had never raced before and yet pulled out a time of 9.20 in the 1/8 mile @71 mph! And this is just the beginning! Heather will be competing when school and soccer allow and will most likely attend the Atco, N.J. Pontiac event in November.
