Head L Bracket

Allows use of headers (not manifolds) on 1972 heads. They use the drilled and tapped hole on the front (or back) of the heads. If you have heads that have the pad, but are not drilled and tapped - you can not use the head L brackets. Mostly used for 7K3 heads.

FAQ

Q - Someone told me you make a bracket that allows the use of headers with out drilling and tapping the heads. Does the bracket work well? Or would you recommend drilling and tapping. Also I have a 68 GTO with the 400 engine. Do you make the brackets for this car?

A - No - we make a bracket for 1972 heads that have the casting area missing. Any heads that have the casting MUST be drilled and tapped. There is no space to use a bracket. Also keep in mind - heads not drilled and tapped at the ends are usually non performance heads.
